1. Historic Rural Hill

2. Reedy Creek Nature Preserve

Located on Rocky River Road in Charlotte, NC, the Reedy Creek Nature Preserve protects over 900 acres of forested, natural habitat within the park. For those who love nature and the outdoors, this perverse has several hiking trails around lakes, forested areas, fields, and streams. 3. Lake Norman State Park

The Lake Norman State Park offers a single-track 30.5-mile trail that is great for mountain biking. Additionally, the park offers opportunities to boat, fish, swim, and simply enjoy nature. 4. Winget Park

5. Nevin Community Park

Located right next to Ranson Middle School in Charlotte, Nevin Community Park is an urban park. It features lighted baseball and soccer fields, horseshoe pits, bocce ball courts, and more. This park also has a great trail for hiking, biking, and/or bird watching.
6. Frazier Park

If you head down West Fourth Street Ext, you will find the beautiful Frazier Park! This 12-acre urban park has a lot to offer its guests and a visit to the community garden is a must! The park offers soccer and American football fields, tennis and basketball courts, and more.
7. Ramsey Creek Park

8. James Boyce Park
