Take a ride with The Spirited Cyclist of Davidson!
The Spirited Cyclist Davidson is open Tuesday through Friday from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm. Their weekend hours are 11:00 am to 6:00 pm on Saturday and 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Sundays. If you have been thinking about purchasing a bike, the store is a certified Body Geometry Bike Fit service provider. This unique service means that you will receive professional bike fitting to find the perfect bike for you. Recreational bike riders and skilled riders can benefit from a correctly fitted bike. RENTAL BIKES AND SERVICING
If you are looking to rent a bike, the staff can help you with that too. From comfort bikes to road bikes, The Spirited Cyclist has a bike for all skill levels. You can easily rent a bike with their RentaBikeNow online. Simply select your bike, pick a time slot for pickup and return and that’s all. Reservations must be made 24 hours in advance. Whether you own a bike or are renting from The Spirited Cyclist Davidson, their staff is knowledgeable in bike servicing. From inspections and tune-ups to a complete bike overhaul, you will feel comfortable knowing your bike is in good hands.
GROUP RIDES
If you want to join a riding group, follow The Spirited Cyclist events page for group rides and special events. Monday is their Ladies Night Ride starting at 6:00 pm. The Wednesday Night Recovery ride, held weekly, is great for those training. They offer a 16-mile easy ride beginning at 6:15. Riders meet on the back patio. Other upcoming events with The Spirited Cyclist includes the MAC Racing Series and the Kids Triathalon at HFFA.
Before your biking adventure begins, you’ll need a restful night’s sleep. Relax in one of our 18 guest rooms and then hit the trails the next day. Our staff at Davidson Village Inn can also help you reserve a bike with our Pedal Around Davidson package. You will stay in a Queen Room for $179 plus tax. This price includes 2 bikes and helmets for a half day rental provided by our friends at The Spirited Cyclist. Upon your return, you will be greeted with 2 microbrews in your room. We provide a gourmet breakfast buffet each morning and afternoon tea daily. This package requires a 2-day notice. You will love your time spent here in Davidson.
