The history of Famous Toastery began in 2005 when Brian Burchill and Robert Maynard opened their first breakfast spot in Huntersville, North Carolina.  Their success quickly grew to 3 locations and eventually a franchise in 2013.  Since the beginning, Famous Toastery has made their customers a priority with the theory “Every server is your server”.  When you dine in, know that you are well taken care of by not only your server but by all the servers in the restaurant.

It is no wonder the Toastery has been voted best breakfast and brunch for over a decade.  The menu is diverse and has something for every taste.  Famous Toastery opens bright and early each morning for breakfast at 7:00 am.  If you love eggs, they have them every way you can think to order them.  They serve delicious plates like Eggs Benedict, Eggs Florentine, and Country Benedict.  There are egg breakfast sandwiches, omelets, and eggs any style.

If you have a sweet tooth, you’ll love Famous Toastery Davidson’s pancakes and French toast.  In addition to their gluten-free options, there is Cinnamon Raisin French toast, stuffed French toast or Banana Nut, Chocolate Chip or Coconut flavored pancakes.  Accompany your meal with a biscuit, bacon, sausage, fresh fruit, hash browns or grits.

Their brunch menu is just as impressive and diverse as their breakfast menu.  Their array of sandwiches includes classic items like the Club and Chicken Salad.  If you’re feeling adventurous, be sure to try their Portobello Mushroom sandwich, Reuben or the Meatloaf sandwich.  The wraps, which can be in a flour or spinach tortilla, include everything from Buffalo Chicken and Blue Cheese to Black Bean or a Blackened Chicken Caesar.

If you’re still not quite full, check out their many salad options, melted sandwiches from the griddle, and hot dogs and hamburgers.  Finish your meal with one of their sweet desserts of either Banana Pudding or Frannie’s Chocolate Delight.
