Hello, Sailor
Lake Norman’s newest hot spot is Hello, Sailor. From the creative minds of Joe and Katy Kindred of Kindred Restaurant in Davidson comes a fresh and new place to meet up with friends. Located in the former Rusty Rudder location in Cornelius, Hello, Sailor offers diners inside dining, an outdoor tiki bar and multiple decks for outdoor seating. You can even arrive by boat to Hello, Sailor and park at one of their 20 boat slips. Their menu includes everything from raw oysters to baby back ribs, salads, sandwiches, and dessert.
Port City Club
Also located in Cornelius is the 4-star waterfront dining at Port City Club. With a fully enclosed covered deck, you can enjoy lunch and dinner year-round. Their menu is diverse and ranges from classic cheeseburgers to fish tacos and pasta dishes. To accompany your meal, choose from their selection of local wine and beer. The views are absolutely breathtaking and you’ll want to visit again and again.
North Harbor Club
Ever had a jalapeno peach margarita or a lavender lake tea? North Harbor Club on Lake Norman has a menu of custom cocktails perfect for sipping while overlooking the lake. North Harbor Club is home to a waterfront patio and 9 complimentary boat slips for parking. They offer dinner lunch and a weekend brunch. North Harbor Club also makes a great place to host private parties in their Boat House Dining Room.
The Blue Parrot Grill
The Blue Parrot Grill has been welcoming lake visitors to their Mooresville location since 2010. Their outdoor patio is the perfect place to sip frozen drinks while watching television or taking in the views. You can even bring your furry friend with you since they offer a dog-friendly environment. The Blue Parrot Grill offers live entertainment from Thursday to Sunday. If you choose to arrive by boat, the staff will even fuel and park your boat while you dine, how cool is that?
